About return rules and cancellation form

The cancellation of the purchase must be notified to us within 14 days after the purchase has been delivered and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days after delivery. In addition, we provide extra service to all our customers when regrouping to replace purchased items for another desirable floor model.

Registration must be stated per. e-mail at info@venifloor.byg-ecohome.dk

In the message, you must clearly state to us that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and return.

The condition of the item when you return it

You are only responsible for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, properties and function.
In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we believe that it is used, which means that when canceling the purchase, you only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the item’s market value.
Therefore, you need to do the same thing as you can in a physical store to get the full purchase price.

You can try the  item, but not use it.

We send an email when a customer regrets or advertises. If you have sent an item for remorse or a complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email you will receive information about the additional process related to the processing of your regret / complaint.
Upon return, no packages sent upon request will be received.
Items returned to us upon request will be denied receipt. If an item is returned without information about the buyer, invoice, order confirmation or anything else that can identify the order in question, bambu-eco-golv.se can not be held responsible for contacting the buyer.

Items sent without this information will be disposed of after a period of 30 days and no claims can then be claimed  .
